The socket doesnt have the notches to keep it connected to the ratchet with the ball bearing slot. It slipped right off. The quality is pretty terrible.

I use this to remove the oil filter cap on my chevy cobalt, works great.

So far, very well made tool. This is made for the removal of the oil filter housing for my Audi SQ5 3.0L turbo engine. If that changes after more use, I will update accordingly.

If socket was properly finished when it was made itd be a great socket not to say that it doesnt do the job cuz it does and it does get in 2 tight places and gets the oil filter cap off but before you can use it you got to spend 20 minutes with the file to remove all the flashing so the socket will actually fit when it stamped at the factory a ridge left all the way around the square drive and the edges of the socket that has to be filed off otherwise it wont fit the socket extension or the oil filter cap

Its a tool! Fits well. A must have low fitting 32 mm socket to remove and install the oil filter in a 2017 Chevy Equinox with the 4 cylinder motor.

Does NOT fit E39 530i

Makes changing the oil a lot easier
