I received this product in exchange for my honest review as part of the Amazon Vine Program. Seller Shonsin lists this as Shonsin 8 Gauge Wire (5ft Red & 5ft Black) Ultra Flexible Silicone Wire 1650 Strands 0.08mm Copper Conductor (8.29mm2) Rating 65A 392℉/200℃ 600V (Different Length Available). This wire features an Oxygen Free Copper conductor for best conductivity with an amazing 1650 fine strands of copper. The wire is rated for 65 Amperes/600V/200 degrees Celsius. The wire is well silicone insulated and available in differing lengths and gauges. See Picture 1;Picture 2 shows an end stripped of insulation with the stranded copper fanned out. The wire bundle came with the velcro style wrap to secure the bundled wires. Conclusion: Excellent quality OFC multistranded copper wire that is super flexible easing installation under a wide temperature range for your wiring needs. Recommended. This large gauge is should be ideal for high power delivery to a vehicle accessory needing high current with low voltage drop (Huge subwoofer amplifiers, Big LED light bars, etc.).

Limits the drop in voltage for a fuse block to be installed under my front cowl on my gen 2 KLR. Additional protection with split black plastic cover, still super flexible.

Wanted to et the best possible wire for a decent price. Needed a short run since my battery is in the trunk near the amp. This is exceptional wire, easy to work with, and not inferior like CCA or even lesser grades of OFC.

It deff is 100% copper, flexible and it is 16AWG wire. The insulation is thick but i checked with other 16GA wire to be sure its really 16 and it is.. would buy again

I used this wire to add on to the length of my trolling motor wires. The copper is good wire not the thin cheap wire. No concerns with the quality of this wire. The wire was very easy to maneuver and blend with the existing wire.
