I was disappointed it came with only 2 brush heads - not 3. Their is a scrub like material on one and the other is a very stiff brush bristle scrub. In my opinion I would not use them on any surface you care about - as it will scratch about any surface. I also need to look into whether or not there are replacement scrub heads. The length is useful so you are not bending over. Having said that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Did the job of washing my car but i wish the scrubber was larger. And the pole separated once while using it but otherwise it worked great.

Would be great if the head could maneuver like a swiffer. Having to manually click the neck to get it to follow the contour of the tub...frustrating.

This product would be more effective if it had a swivel on it. I have to stop to rotate it in the position I want it in, which is annoying. Other than that, it does get the job done.

Love it so easy to use

I ordered it mostly for the microfiber pad for cleaning shower. All the parts were in the box including one microfiber pad. No directions or separate head attachment for microfiber. Brush and scrub pad easily attached to pole.

I already had one of these, but just recently ordered one for my dad. He has a bad back and I found out he hasnt been cleaning his stand in shower for a while. He now keeps this in his large stand in shower and uses it a little bit here and there and it really helps him to keep his shower cleaner. I myself use it in my shower and for my garden tub. I am not very tall and have short arms so this is a very helpful product.

The head does not pivot but locks into a fixed position which is terrible for cleaning the shower or tub because this cleaning tool does not adjust on the fly to the various cleaning angles.

I enjoyed using this product in my home, but found that durability of the product was a bit lacking. The 2 swappable heads are of nice quality, study and effective I used both of them extensively for cleaning jobs around the house until the pole broke on the second day of use. I specifically bought it to do some cleaning on my ceilings but ended up using the bristle brush head to scrub tile. Other than the sturdiness of the pole, the hinge for the head has no resistance at all, which can make it a little challenging to use until you get the head pressed up against what you are trying to use it on and can involve some flopping back and forth especially if you are trying to get at the ceiling like I was. I would say for doing light scrubbing as was my original purpose this is a pretty good option, but anything you need to leverage more force with like that youd want to use the bristle brush with, the pole wont last with that kind of treatment.
