If used in a shower, The water will get through and out onto the floor. Its cute and nice for all winter but NOT waterproof and will need a plastic liner.

I bought the shower curtain, towel and mat and sent them back. They were so cheaply made and not worth it. The towel wasnt even hemmed, it was just zigzag stitched around the edge. The colors were gray and dull, not the pretty colors indicated.
