> 24 hourThese umbrellas are cheap. I bought six for a trip to rainy climes with the family. The mechanism works, but they really cannot hold up in wind. At maybe 10 mph of wind, they started to look as though they would invert. For the money, they are fine for occasional use. I don’t see them lasting for long. No complaints as they did the job on our two week trip but three stars for being,average.
