Great item

Really like this Umbrella, that I purchased two of them.

The umbrella is very pretty. However, its not made very well and it doesnt seem to be very sturdy. I have used it twice since I received it in December. The first time was at night. This morning I used it and noticed one side didnt look right. I have attached a couple of pictures to show that it is broken.

This umbrella is extremely difficult to close which defeats its purpose. Inverted umbrellas are supposed to help you avoid getting wet when you get in and out if your car. It works when getting out, but not when you get in your car. I had another version of this type of umbrella which I loved, but it was unavailable when I needed another. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this one.

I was really excited about this umbrella as it wouldnt break during high winds. It is nice looking and seemed to be a good umbrella. Unfortunately it broke after just 3 uses. The button to open the umbrella intermittently works and then sometimes it doesnt retract and lock back into the closed position. I tried to return it less than a month after getting it but the return window was already closed. I wouldnt buy again.

Wonderful company that STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!! My Mother purchased this cool umbrella for me as a gift a while back and it was my favorite umbrella - you never get wet folding it up because of its awesome design. I just love the giant yellow sunflower on it too! Well, my umbrella broke on a windy day (probably my fault for manhandling it too much - I was used to it being so strong and took it for granted) and I wrote to the company asking if they had a diagram for how to put it back together... and they sent me a BRAND NEW ONE - free of charge!! Didnt even have to pay for shipping. Now THATS a company I can get behind. This umbrella makes a great gift. I will be buying one for my step-daughter, who lives in Seattle soon.

The color looks great but the item arrived with part of the handle broken off. I guess I could have tried to glue it so I could have the strap but I didnt want to deal with that with a brand new item, so I just returned it since I couldnt tell whether it was a manufacturing or a shipping issue.
