As an EE with 20 years of work experience, youd think that I would have had a scope before now for personal projects. Ive always been able to talk myself out of getting a second hand Tek, BK, HP, etc, mainly because I have no idea if the scope has any issues. A piece of test equipment you cant trust is useless.

Arrived in great condition. I am an (old) Heathkit builder and the Siglent is so many orders of magnitude better than that old 5MHz scope, it is incredible. The advancement in technology represented in this scope is impressive and represents a great value for the money. This scope has so many functions, it is probably usable for 99% of the things I work on.

Bought the scope two months ago and used it on minor stuff until this week where it went to the test. Used to calibrate a massive equipment operating at 63 MHz and it worked like a charm. The trigger was perfect and the storage feature rivals those selling for a lot more.

I bought it for my MCU project designing a DO160 section 22 multi bursts generator. So far it works well and I can capture the signal with labview. I see the scope freezes a few time not sure why.

SDS1202x-E or SDS1204x-E ....... Amazing performance and features for the price. Impressive build quality and great UI. Performance: See attached photo. 1mV p-p, 3nS FWHM, 10Hz PRR, Autoset found it right away and triggered on it. Try that on your Tek, Keysight, LeCroy, Rodhe or Rigol or whatever box. Competitors - take note!

Very happy with mine. It doesnt have every automated feature of higher end scopes, but all the measurements are there and you can easily get the info you need. Scope is robustly built and quite accurate. Some of the features like decoding digital signals is really nice to have. Honestly I have no complaints and have been using mine for about 6 months now with no issues.

Came in on the date it was supposed to . It came with more than I thought it would but no disk two probs and a pack of anything you would ever need for each probe . It is fast , clear and clean . Seeing things that my old 60 MHz textronics could never show . I am very happy with it thank you Amazon and to all the people that tuck the time to do a review .

Cant go wrong for the money. Its got its small quirks, but you learn to get around it and once again for $400 its a great little scope

This oscilloscope has amazing capabilities, formerly only available in top-of-the-line instruments. The instruction manual provided is very terse. I suggest that other customers do as I did: Download the pdf detailed owners manual.

I bought this scope mainly for the increased bandwidth . It comes with with a lot of built in extras . I have a couple of Arbitrary Generators of the Siglents brand and have always been happy with them for their performance.
