Works perfectly out of the box! I was troubleshooting a circuit within 10 minutes of receiving this in the mail. Its definitely going to be an indispensable tool moving forward.

This scope has an incredible amount of functionality built right in. Not only is it easy to get started with basic functions—like viewing sine waves injected into a stereo system—it has some amazing advanced features. There are multiple types of triggers, for example, even an entire array of ways to view video signals. Unlike my old analog scope, this new scope automatically calculates such things as P-P and RMS voltages, and the FFT function allows the scope to act as a frequency counter. The screen is usefully large and very crisp. The waveforms from each channel are color coded. This scope does it all. Highly recommended!

I have three complaints with it. First of all, because of its low cost and 200 MHz bandwidth, its front-end is very noisy for low-level signals (10 mV and below). Set the probe to X1 for 100 mV signals. I think that is what youre gonna get with any of the low-cost 200 MHz scopes. Since I use mine mostly for digital work, its not a problem. If youre gonna be working with low-level analog signals, you probably should buy a more expensive scope. Second, I dont like the way the FFT works. Again, I dont think any of the cheap scopes will be any better. Finally, I wish the cursor-reading display could be moved somewhere else on the screen where the waveform doesnt make it difficult to read.

Im a home user and this oscilloscope does a good job and handles all my circuits for Arduino, Raspberry PI and ESP.

Was pretty easy to set up and get working. Helped me tune my equipment.
