Sigma 259965 105mm f/1.4-16 Standard Fixed Prime Camera Lens, Black for Sony E Mount

Probably the best lens I’ve ever used, but very heavy. Heavier than a 70-200mm.

This lens is absolutely stunning. I rented it for a weekend and after my first shoot knew I had to buy it. The shots were taken on an A7RIII. Autofocus was pretty smooth & quick. It is a little bit of an awkward Focal Length but if youre outdoors you can make it work easily. Indoors I sometimes wish I had the 85mm but Ill work to get there someday.

This lens is amazing. It’s sharp, even at 1.4. I used the Sigma 135 1.8 for 3 years and never did I ever imagine the 135 never leaving the bag. In fact, ever since I got my 105, the 135 doesn’t even make it out of the house. I am able to capture gorgeous photos outside as well we use it to capture amazing corporate headshots. This lens is a must have for any portrait photographer

This is really a game changer lens. The background that it renders is very smooth. If you are thinking about it, go ahead and hit that purchase button!!

Es ist zwar ein Trümmer von Objektiv, aber mit dieser Linse habe ich meine schönsten Portraits gemacht.

To date the BEST 105mm lens for bokeh - beats Nikon 105 1.4, Sony 100 2.8 GM, etc.

Tolles Bokeh ,tolle Bildschärfe.Autofokus geht besser aber ist ja auch keine Sportlinse daher entschuldbar.Gewicht ,naja nix für Schwächlinge 1,6 kg ist eine Hausnummer.Trotzdem der Bildlook ist einzigartig.

Yes, it is pricey. But it is gorgeous. I think the weight complaints are a bit overdone - I did a 5K with this thing on my neck with an A7iv =)

I have had LOTS of Portrait lenses like the Sony 85mm 1.4 GM, Sigma 135mm Art, Sony 135mm GM to name a few. This Sigma 105mm 1.4 Art bokeh and pop is just in a class of its own.
