> 3 dayThe furnace on my second story unit was installed poorly, the ductwork Im some area has gaps and is bent and made so much noise while running that the bedroom below it would shake. I wrapped some of the worst sections with this product and wow! When I first ran it the furnace was so quiet I thought it wasnt running properly but it was and this stuff is amazing! I installed it there as a test run before installing it in an old school bus Im converting into an RV and Im ecstatic about the results. Ive gotten most of the bus outfitted now and had to order more. One box covers a lot but I ended up deciding to do the entire vehicle instead of just a few sections because it worked so well. An area that used to take on water when it rained is now sealed up tight! Everything I tried previously relied on taping the seams perfectly to prevent leaks but the butyl backing on this does so much more at a fraction of the cost and helps with sound, insulation and water.

> 3 dayI Installed this in my front fairing and my Saddlebags... it made an immediate difference to the sound quality. One box will do the front, lowers, saddlebag & tourpak. I still have some left over. if you want to improve your sound quality on a budget... upgrade from the Harley speakers and apply some of this and you will be happy.

> 3 dayNo issues installing this on a Jeep Gladiator roof. This is fairly thin and does not add too much weight. So removing the roof isnt that much harder.

> 3 dayFor the money it’s well worth it, significantly cheaper than dynamat, but def not as thick. Installed in my 91 mustang Foxbody cabin and it really did make a difference. Installs east but will tear if not gentle

21-11-2024So far pretty great. It layed down really well. Theres obvious fitting required but it isnt rocket science. The product has stuck down really well. This box covered this whole area on the a couple with 2 panels left over. If you want enough to do the trunk, door panels and rear quarters then order 2 boxes. I have long tube headers that run very cloae to the floor board and did a test. Got the car up to running temp. The floor was hot of course but never got to a point where you couldnt touch it. With this matting helping heat, Im very curious how it takes care of the road noise. So far, great product!

> 3 dayI purchased this product to wrap my furnace ducts. Our furnace is located in my basement and is directly below the family room. When the furnace comes on for heat or a/c it is very loud and hard to hear the tv. I purchased this product not knowing for sure if it would deaden some of the noise. To my surprise, it performed outstandingly. It was easy to install and stuck to the ductwork with great adhesion. I did not have any waste and the job was completed relatively fast. Im sure there are many more applications for this product besides, a car or ductwork and I will not hesitate to use it again. Great product and high-quality material.

Greater than one weekI dont know if this is the same as kilmat, but it sure looks the same. And same great quality at a fraction of the cost of dynamat. I would def recommend to anybody in the market of sound deadening material.

> 3 dayThe only thing I would say about this product is that the smell is very strong. I would imagine over time that will go away and its amazing what it does for the sound in the truck!
