> 3 dayThe key parameter for me on my using it in a router sled was being sure it would not sag. I bought the 3/8 inch thick version and that worked great. Having it be transparent was also useful for seeing what you are doing. Pretty expensive (IMHO) but it does the job. Holes drilled cleanly, doesnt scratch easily.

04-06-2025Used the 3/8 acrylic to make a new router subbase. Was easy to cut and clean up the edges. Just remember to predrill any holes you want and to let the tool do.the work to avoid any cracking.

> 3 dayThe dimensions of this panel are dead on. It arrived wrapped in bubble wrap securely enclosed in a tight-fitting box and there was absolutely no damage of any kind. Both sides are paper-faced to allow storage, handling, layout, cutting, drilling, etc. without marking the material until finished. Mine will be used cut into smaller pieces and drilled for use as craft vacuum chamber covers. Excellent material, service, and delivery.

Once the item is received, please peel off the protective sheet cover as soon as possible. Leaving the sheet cover on the acrylic surface for a long time may lead to difficulty removing it later on. If the sheet cover is difficult to remove, try to use an alcohol wipe to rub on the sheet cover at a corner to help remove the sheet cover.
