22-11-2024Yes, this is an inexpensive garment bag. I didnt expect much. The material is lightweight but sturdy enough. It has handles at the top and bottom but no way to secure the two halves when folded together (when traveling). A couple of snaps, some Velcro - something. I flew just yesterday for a wedding with it and I had to get some two-sided Velcro to secure the two handles and the hook of the hanger all together. I would never check this. I was allowed to use this as a carry-on with Southwest. This is pretty much just a lightweight protective bag. Some simple improvements would make it much better.

> 3 dayIts thin, maybe too thin depending on your needs. I bought this for my wedding suit and itll get the job done, but the material is reminiscent of the thin cloth that some high end shoes ship with. Simply put, its not going to last for the long term. The shoe pocket wont fit two shoes of size 12 and up, so youll have to split the shoes between the two pockets. Not a deal breaker, but even then you have to go corner to corner or youll break the zipper. Depending on your size, you might have to cram your suit into the thing since the main zipper doesnt go all the way down. This could, potentially cause wrinkles if you dont perfectly align your garments once they are inside. Overall, its functional but a true one and done.

> 3 dayOverall the garment bag worked really well. I am 64 and needed to travel by plane with a suit to a wedding. The bag kept my suit secure and ultimately was not very wrinkled by the time I made it to my final destination. My only knock on it was that the pockets at the bottom were a bit small and my shoes couldnt really fit.

> 3 dayI don’t usually write reviews, so let me say that up front. Since we’re all stuck at home I’ve taken it as an opportunity to clean up my closets. I have several dresses I’ve used in vocal recitals and I don’t want to part with them. Since most of them are formal length they’ve been tedious to store. The cheap garment bags from W@lm@rt are too short and not very durable, which led me to this bag. It’s nice and feels very durable, is deep, and is long enough that there isn’t too much pooling of skirt fabric at the bottom. I love it! I’m so glad I ordered 2 to start with and there’s a high chance I’ll buy another. The clear panel is awesome and so is the clear pocket where I’ve written contents on an index card and placed inside. Since I’m using these for storage rather than travel I can’t say how easy or difficult it is to travel with, but I’m sure car travel is fairly easy! I haven’t checked for reviews mentioning it, but I’m sure marching band uniforms would fit very easily in one of these, too. So, I really do highly recommend this bag.

> 3 dayWent on cruise for 25th anniversary, needed garment bag for dresses and tops. It worked ok, but the fabric feels like paper. If all you want it for is a one time thing, its all right. If you want quality, aim higher
