The material is made of very soft cotton.well sewn.i love them but run a bit small for the size I ordered

They fit perfect out of the package but shrank in the washer- on cold water! I didn’t even know clothes could shrink in cold water. I specifically bought these sized too big for my son so he’d have them for a while and grow into them, but even without putting them in the dryer, they fit him snug already. Ugh.
