Simple Joys by Carters Unisex Babies Long-Sleeve Bodysuit

They run a little big, but otherwise perfect for layering.

These are not as good of quality as Carters original, but for simplicity of purchasing on amazon I am keeping them. The material is soft so the stretch doesn’t really go back the way a normal carters onesie does, they almost look like they’ve lost elasticity by the end of the day. These run larger than the original carters brand as 12 months was starting to get a little snug on my 11 month old chunky baby and the 18 month she is swimming in. I like that I can use these under other clothes for the winter time. Overall good bang for you buck, just know the quality isn’t exactly the same.

I immediately noticed how extremely long these 18-month onesies were. I decided to keep them for future use when the baby was larger, so washed them. I was shocked and pleased to see how much they shrank, to the point that they were only slightly large on the baby. However, after wearing one, it stretched right back out to as large as it was before washing, but now also unevenly, so that the edges of the sleeves were bell-shaped, and the neck opening was huge, allowing babys shoulders to slip out. Expected a lot more from Carters and shocked at the great reviews this has received.

I’ve been buying Gerber onesies (plain white) and these long sleeved ones by Carters are so soft and feel like great quality that it makes the previous ones feel harsh and thin in comparison! Will buy again.
