They come as you see in the picture of the 8 rolls of 30. The 240 count comes to 21 cents per bag. Best value for the real J from Simplehuman. While imitations can be less money, they will fit but are not thick plastic like the real version. I need the thick since we jam pack each bag of heavy trash.

We love these custom fitting trash bags. We have been using them for years. They are a little expensive but its well worth the money to not have the bags fall off all the time.
