When we bought the Simple Human kitchen garbage can I couldnt believe we were spending over $100 on a trash can. I immediately thought, What a scam! They sell their own garbage bags too!? Theres no way were buying the Simple Human bags! Well after comparing prices I quickly found out they are very close in price to other brands when you break it down to a per bag cost. And then I justified the slightly higher cost by how few we actually use (roughly one bag per week, never more than two). So Im looking at spending maybe $8 more per year (comparing to other leading brands offering quality bags). Well after we use the first bag it all made sense to me. The bag is shaped to fit the can. This not only means that it fits on in a very clean way with no excess at the brim, but also the trash itself forms nicely to the size/shape of the can. Upon pulling the bag out, after full, the trash stays in that shape making it easy to carry out and fits in your garbage can nicely. The handles that cinch the top are strong and after using these bags for over a year now Ive yet to have one tear. These are things I havent experienced with other bags. Im a fan.

I do have the sensor trash can (in rose) and a sample of these came with the can. I could not imagine purchasing these instead of the kitchen trash bags I normally bought. Well... I like these so much that I have now purchased two boxes of these bags. They are good material, harder to rip than the ones I used to buy and they fit my can perfectly. I also really like how the packs fit in the back of my can for easy access.

These bags are mostly great. Ive never gotten a hole in the actual bag to have to deal with drips, however they can rip at the top where the drawstring is stitched into the bag itself....mostly when garbage is stuffed into the can and it takes some shimmying to get out, but who doesnt do that?! I did discover they are about half the cost if you buy direct from the site though.

I like these because they fit my garbage can perfect. Some of the garbage cans have a letter on the inside of the lid of the garbage which means that those are the size bags to get But my lid is E, but the J bags fit perfect.

These bags are not messing around! Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2017 Size: 100 Liners Easy-Open PackagingStyle: Trash Bags Look, there is nothing glamorous about a garbage bag, and since it is simply a vessel we use to cater our discarded trash to the refuse bin on the curb it can be easy to view money spent on garbage bags as money literally being thrown in the trash. Looking through those lenses it is easy to default into penny pincher mode and actively seek out the cheapest priced bags however the first rip or tear you get will instantly remind you how poor an idea that was! I have been a long-time user of the force flex type bags and what I love about them is that you can seemingly add and endless quantity of items into the bag and it just stretches and stretches. The problem I have with them is that as they stretch they get thinner and it seems that every time, without fail, as I pull them out of the kitchen trash can they rip. This wouldnt be a huge issue if it werent for the fact that the kitchen garbage can often collects that wonderful runny, liquid based, trash from our cooking processes. Even a small tear results in a wonderful trail of fermented trash juice, stretching from the kitchen trash can all the way to the curbside trash cans! These simple human bags are considerably more expensive than many bags I have used in the past. Depending on the quantity you purchase and current pricing, they can come out to $0.25 or more per bag. Considering many bags can be found for less than $0.10/bag that seems rather pricey. What you get for that increased price is considerable quality and heft... sorry Hefty... These bags are right up there with contractor grade bags you would find at your local hardware store. The plastic is noticeably thicker and the double seams ensure that tears at the seams are less likely. I can be completely confident that these bags will not tear during the completion of my regular honey do list. Realistically, the only downside I notice to these bags are the plastic is so stiff that there is zero flex in them, which is both good and bad. Good in the sense that they are durable and will not stretch out but bad in the sense that if you over fill them, they will not stretch enough to close them completely. We just change out these bags a smidgen more to be able to close them properly. All in all this is a quality product. You find yourself spending a bit more for that quality however if it saves you from cleaning up just one liquid garbage leak then I believe it is worth it in the end.

These are okay bags. Their sturdiness is good for the most part. What I love about them is that they come in these smaller packages which can be put at the bottom of your trash can for easy replacement when you take out the trash. *** it needs to be noted however that the set of 100 bags was $35 in Jan 2021. For that price, I would give these bags 4.5 stars. This current price 11/2021 of $63 is absolutely not worth it. The convenience is nice but not an extra $30 nice. At the price of $63, they deserve 2 stars.
