Seems to work good. You press it and the police show up. Don’t press it and they don’t. I wish it was a little more simple to use sometimes I get confused. ;-)

I have not used the system yet, purchased it for use away from the main station, placed where it can be accessed easy from a sleep room.

I feel safer knowing I have this added protection, just in case.

After purchasing system and downloading app, I contacted them as my app was not working. After all the money spent beforehand, they advised me that the phone app cannot be used unless I purchased the monitoring service.

Very simple to hook up and very good to have in an emergency.

This item was used and the package was already open. Everything was in and it works, but should have been new.

Smaller than expected , seems almost toylike in construction. I have already had to return the black indoor camera and the doorbell cam because they stop working after a week. Nothing harsh about our normal home environment just cheap construction.
