I have a septic system and do not want food to go into it.. Keeping food out was a challenge when draining anything. Things that are very viscous will block the drain holes but for the most part it is a great solution.

Product quality is excellent...never thought a sink strainer would make me this happy...the built in side handle makes it easy to pick up for emptying... love this product.

Great strainer. Stops all the little gunk that OEM came with the double sink. I just keep a paper bowl by the sink and tap the strainer on the bowl and it cleans out very well.

This is the best one I have ever had. Works great, hasnt bent or broke like those cheap ones you get at Wal-Mart or Target.

THESE ARE SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE ONES YOU GET WITH YOUR STATNDARD SINK. THE MEN IN MY HOUSE NEVER EMPTIED THE OLD ONES AND THEY MADE A MESS. THESE STRAIN WELL AND ARE SUPER EASY TO PICK UP AND JUST DUMP.

I’m glad I found this one because the metal strainer part is very durable. The products I’ve used in the past have all fallen apart within the first month of using. This one is great! The little handle really helps grab it from the sink too!

I have to be very careful in my kitchen to avoid food particles going down the drain and these have helped tremendously. The holes are small and trap everything but the water. I have tried many other strainers and find these to be the best. I use a plastic dish pan and have to make sure this doesn’t dislodge when I first empty it, but my sink drains faster than ever without the food particles. I would definitely buy again.

This would have been 5 stars if the handle didn’t pop off every once in a while and also one of them seems to be slightly bigger leaving a small gap where the lip meets the sink.

When my garbage disposal quit working, I began having problems with both my kitchen sinks and my dishwasher backing up. The problem was everything including the dishwasher was connected to the garbage disposal before going down the drain. The problem was when the garbage disposal quit working The smallest item would cause the drains to back up and I would have clean out the old garbage disposal to get any drainage. These strainers for my sinks have been a blessing. They catch all the small articles that my previous during covers would let get past. Havent had a backed up sink since I got these. These strainers catch everything and cleaning is easy! I just not most of the content often to the garbage and wipe out with a paper towel its as easy as that. I highly recommend these to anyone who wants to keep everything from going down the drain.

Does exactly what it states. Fits perfectly in my sink and has not rusted or discolored at all.
