> 3 dayI had these units for over 20 years, long before they became kind of popular. Most of the units out there are sort of flimsy plastic--not that they dont work, mind you--but you cant NOT LOVE the feel of a chrome and brass unit like this. This particular unit is a one-way switch; just remember. Some of these units have two outlets and the switch pulses between them. Those latter ones are designed such that one outlet can be for a point of use water heater and the other for the disposal. This particular unit is a single outlet, only for a disposal.

> 3 dayHands down, the best air switch build quality on the market, and a good value. I will continue to install these on all my remodels.

> 3 dayGreat switch, I liked it because it was all brass and not plastic like the majority of the switches on the market

> 3 dayWell if you touch the air switch with wet hands, well, it does virtually nothing to stop that water from leaking under your sink. The button require more force than expected and will not work if you had to start and stop the garbage disposal quickly without a recovery pause.

> 3 dayAwesome switch. I mounted mine on the toe kick of the cabinet and use my foot to trigger it. Works flawlessly!

Greater than one weekThis was a replacement button for a different sinktop disposal button that broke only after a couple months. The one that broke (BESTILL Sink Top Garbage Disposal Air Switch Kit with Single Outlet,Oil Rubbed Bronze/ORB https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GNH6LQH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_hNZiDbZSYWCRR) had a flimsy plastic sleeve that goes through the countertop. The button action was spongy and required firm pressure. Eventually, repeated pressing cracked the sleeve, sending the entire unit to tumble down into the cabinet. This button has none of those issues. The housing is all metal, no plastic. And the button action feels much more precise. The look is better too: a very nice oil rubbed bronze finish, almost black with the appealing wisps of shiny metal at the edges, whereas the other had a reddish painted-on look. Plus, the price was almost the sane, for far superior quality. Should have bought this one to begin with!
