> 24 hourI bought 2 of these guns last spring for work. We use latex and other waterbased paints and the gun has seen some minor abuse. At first I thought Id found a great alternative to a much more expensive gun. Spray pattern was great as was quality of finish and guns were pretty consistent. I was impressed so I ordered 2 more. Unfortunately after just a few months Ive started to have issues with 3 of the 4 guns. Needles not seating in fluid tips, causing dribbling out of tip. Also had issues with internal leaks so spray was sputtering. Had to use teflon tape on interior fluid tip threads to stop vacuum leak there. Ive used many guns over the years and dont expect them to last forever but I do have some that Ive had in service for at least 5-6 years with very few issues. I think these have been 5-6 weeks before first one needed a teardown. Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars because of all the issues Ive had

> 24 hourworst gun I have ever used, this went in the trash after a full rebuild and cleaning couldnt fix a pulsing spray problem.

> 24 hourIt did not work well for me, but I think I was using too thick a mixture. I’m brand new to air spraying so I hesitate to bash the product because it could just be my ineptitude.

> 24 hourSince that primer is very low viscosity anyway I didnt even have to thin with water, I just mixed well and strained it. It took a bit of playing to get things adjusted but I started on a wall where it was easy to spread out any runs with a roller while I played with getting the settings right. I found that 28 psi at the gun worked well and I kept both the fluid and fan settings quite low. The only reason I knocked off one star is the cup lock kept getting jammed when Id stop to refill. Like there was too much clearance between the parts so I cobbled things together using a spacer I made out of a copper pipe joint which keeps the cup lock from riding up too high while refilling. Ive used a lot of spray guns so tear down and cleaning is easy for me. In my experience water based paints eat guns like crazy, especially if theyre stored for any length of time after use. Ive tried all kinds of lube and anti-rust solutions to prevent corrosion but nothing seems to prolong the lifespan very much, thus a lower priced gun is the only real option. Ill try and update this in a few weeks when I get around to spraying a finish coat of semi-gloss.

> 24 hourGot this to spray urethane 2 part clear, figuring that it was a throw away item if necessary. But it did the job very well. It does not have as fine of pattern control as more expensive guns and sprays more of roundish oblong pattern than a fan spray, but atomizes well and is easy to clean...so worth keeping around for small projects and clear coats.
