Skip Hop Baby Changing Pad, Nursery Style, Grey

I love it! It’s easy to clean and durable. It stays on the dresser very well, too. It took FOREVER to get in, so I luckily ordered it about 60 days prior to my due date and it got here within a week or so of when I had my baby. It’s definitely worth it because your baby WILL pee and even poo on you.. I’m not having to change a sheet every time this happens. I just wipe it clean. I just had my first baby, so its taken me some time to learn the tricks to prevent this.. but if I had the style with the sheets, I would have throw those away within the first week and bought this one anyway! This is definitely a need for new moms who have never been around babies prior.. less work = less stress = happier momma I’ve learned so to make everything as simple as possible or it just gets tossed after a few uses and this item is definitely simple and amazing!

My little one likes laying on this changing pad. Its very easy to clean. Once any poop gets on it, I just clean it right away with a baby wipe. Its soft enough and doesnt get cold in the middle of the night when I have to change diapers. I like how the mobile is detachable since it gets in the way for us since we have this on top of the dresser. Also a good price for a changing pad compared to the Peanut Keekaroo. Dont need any liners either.

My baby was born in breach position via c section, thus his legs were union the air for weeks after bringing him home. I could not use this very well because he would role to the side so easily. I put this on a desk in my bedroom to convert to a changing table, and quickly realized that the baby strap is 100% needed because he could easily fall off as a newborn that doesn’t move. It’s so much easier to just change him on the floor or bed than use this. He hates the strap, and now it just sits there unused.

Have now purchased this changing pad for both my children! Easy to clean, is comfortable/soft to put them on and looks nice in the nursery! Highly recommend this product! I always gift this item/recommend to any parent to be!

I came back to review this because I agonized over this purchase. It is way more expensive than a traditional changing pad and it is completely WORTH it. Our daughter sometimes pees or poops during a diaper change and it is an enormous mess. We just lift her up and wipe everything to one end with a paper towel, then sanitize it with an antibacterial wipe- good as new. No laundry. We’ve had it for 2 months and it’s still in perfect shape, no sign of wear and no stains. Additionally, it is nice and heavy and never slides on the dresser top. These are the only things I’d change: 1. I wish it was slanted a little more towards the feet so that urine ran down there on its own. You have to be pretty quick at lifting the baby’s head up to keep it clean. 2. The packaging is open on the front, Presumably so people can feel the material in the store, but the pad was dirty when it arrived because the box is effectively open. I was able to clean it with general purpose cleaning spray, but it was slightly off putting.

We had received a classic foam changing pad for our baby and she hated it. I hated it too. It was ugly and bulky and required covers. I didn’t want to have to keep washing covers onto paper the increased laundry load. This changing pad is soft touch but a firm texture- my baby seemed to enjoy that a lot more too. The mobile is nice because my newborn is able to track that now and she likes when we spin that as we’re changing her. It looks great on our dresser in our bedroom as well! There was a smell initially that was intense, but with use over time that has gone away. We also wipe it down after use with Clorox wipes, so this helps as well!

I really wanted the Keekaroo Peanut changing pad but hated how expensive it was. I knew I didnt want a basic, fabric changing pad so this was perfect. It is comfortable for baby, very easy to wipe off messes. Ive only had it for a month now but so far no stains. (Probably the best way to prevent staining is to wipe it down with a wet wipe immediately anytime it gets dirty) Only con to this thing is that it gets cold and babies hate that.

I was unable to use this product and ended up returning due to a strange film on the pad. It was wipeable, but I was still hesitant to use due to possible chemicals. It also had a strong smell to it

Love this changing pad and versatility. The mobile tends to get in the way when using. Pad is easily wiped down with a wet wipe and does not stain.

Very nice product, Came covered with glitter but was easy to take off with a wet wipe, also easy to clean up any diaper leaks left on the changing bad
