Skip Hop Portable Baby Changing Pad, Pronto, Chevron

My daughter is 15 months old and we have been using this since we brought her home from the hospital. There is no other single baby-care item that has been more useful for us. It can go in the diaper bag or it can be clipped to a stroller or cart (or even a belt loop, although it does look pretty awkward that way). As the diapers have gotten bigger we havent been able to keep as many in it, but thats not surprising. We even keep a plain onesie and a plastic bag in the outer zipper pocket, just in case of a messy blow-out.

This changing pad is perfect just to grab on your way out. I actually just leave it in my car so I can grab it when needed super cute also.

This took up SO MUCH (precious) SPACE in my diaper bag. It is a pretty functional product but it just took up way too much space. I ended up buying the Gathre Leather changing mat which rolled up so easily, wipes down easily and took up much less space. You just dont need this product - I thought itd be easy to grab for changes in public instead of taking the whole diaper bag, but I 100% have to take the diaper bag with me because of blow outs and such and outfit changes.

The only downside to this pad is that the head cushion is pretty much nonexistent. This pad has been a life safer at home and when we are out and about. It is very easy to wipe down and keeps diapers and wipes nearby for easy access while changing. We have found many of the changing stations when you are out are pretty filthy and this pad gives me peace of mind that I don’t have to put our baby on them or spend time cleaning them.
