I need to talk to someone about this product. The blue tooth on it does not work any more. What can I do to exchange it for a different one? I think that for the price we paid for it, we should be able to return it and receive another one.

-Let me start by saying that you should probably NOT wear this with full volume blasting when youre walking outside because the noise cancellation is SUPER GOOD, combined with the adjustable bass, this pair of headphone honestly made the earbuds to headphones change super worth it to me.

He comprado diferentes audífonos, pero siempre había terminado con unos airpods por la calidad de audio. Me encanta la música clásica pero para poder escucharla con calidad se requiere que los audífonos puedan reproducir con cierta fidelidad el audio a lo largo del espectro de frecuencias. Los airpods tienen buena respuesta en medios y altos pero pésima en bajos, me había casado con esto hasta que me decidí por estos audífonos, tengo ya un mes de uso y puedo resumir sus detalles a continuación:
