> 3 dayI havent used headphones for years because I the ones Ive used have always hurt my ears and temple area of my head. I got tired of my airpods and needed something to block out noise to help me focus (especially on the plane) so I gave these headphones a try and got them on sale. Ive used them for a couple of months now and absolutely love these headphones. I didnt realize that there were headphones that actually dont hurt your ears even if you have them on for more than an hour. The noise cancelling is decent - really good for fan noises but not so great when it comes to people talking. They were amazing to use on the plane - blocked out all the loud engine roars and I could listen to podcasts without putting the volume at 80. The cushions are very soft and nice over the ears. I did not have any issues with the battery and I only charge them every few days. Would highly recommend these! Edit: Updated 5 star to 1 star. After 7 months of use, the headphones started malfunctioning. It disconnects every 20 seconds so its pretty much impossible to use. Seems like theres a glitch as well where the headphones will turn on by itself even when it has already been turned on and this causes another glitch on my computer so that I cant even disconnect the headphones and have to manually remove it and reset the headphones and reconnect, but it goes back to the first issue I described. Turns out a bunch of people are having this issue, and I dont have accessible transportation to go return the product so it was a big waste of money.

Greater than one weekThese headphones work great. Noise canceling can be turned off if you don’t want or need. I love it that don’t hear anything but the tv or music. You do need to make sure your device is Bluetooth capable. Mine wasn’t. Just ordered a plug-in Bluetooth for my tv and works great. Could use a different voice though.

> 3 dayEverything is amazing about them, these are my first over ear headphones and I had to get use to them but everything worked out. Noise cancellation is awesome, sound quality is good, i don’t use them 24/7 only for about an hour or a couple so the battery life is good. !Watch out! After getting them I noticed there’s a ticking sound that happens only in the car, having sensory problems it gets on my nerves. I’ve read other reviews and it’s happened to others so I’m not sure what to do about it. Overall great product, I’ve loved skullcandy ear buds since I was a kid and thought I’d try something new, not 100% but still amazing and does the job for my sensory overload episodes.

> 3 dayMost people get noise cancelling headphones so they can relax. So who the hell at Skullcandy thought it was a good idea to have a loud voice shout BATTERY LOW when the headphone power is low. Nothing like being in a state of total relaxation and then have your headphones SHOUT in your ear. Really, the shouting BATTERY LOW made me jump out of me seat so bad I nearly thrown the headphones off my head. Hey Skullcandy, here is some free product advice... how about just lightly beeping a few times when the batter is low. You know, like nearly 100% of all other headphones do. Really? Noice cancelling headphones that shout in your ear? Stupid.

> 3 dayanc is best of ANY headset I have heard! Buy these for podcasts, work, ebooks etc....just not for jammin due to LACK of volume and not enough bass!

> 3 dayI had to return these Although the sound was fine, the ear pieces were just too small for me. I’d say I have normal size ears but these headphones either pinched the top or bottom of my ear. Just short of over the ear. Noise canceling was ok. My benchmark is my Bose headphones, so maybe not a fair comparison, but these Hesh phones fall short.

> 3 dayNoise cancellation was crappy. The headphone started crackling after a couple of days. Definitely not worth the price.

04-06-2025I had a previous set of these earphones that worked great. I use them at night to watch TV so I don’t disturb anyone. Bought a new pair and Every time I charge them I have to reconnect to the Bluetooth adapter on my tv. The old one just automatically paired. It’s very frustrating. Takes forever to pair. Considering just sending them back and use the old pair. The only reason I got new ones was because the ear pad was coming off. I only used them for a year. It was probably my fault because I fall asleep with them on and I’m a side sleeper. I don’t recommend these unless you like having to take forever to pair every time you charge them. I’ll use the old ones until the ear cup falls off and buy a different brand.
