> 24 hourI love Delsey bags but was mislead by the description for the large bag stating t was 28 inches which I presumed to be the exterior height. That is wrong. It is actually 31 inches in height so the 28 inches refers to the interior packable height. This bag is much too large for me to maneuver on European trains so I will be returning it and looking for a smaller size.

> 24 hourI was disappointed in the quality of this luggage. Additionally, the shipping box was quite damaged. The luggage also had a very bad chemical smell. There were some good features inside that I liked, however, I couldnt get past the cheap plastic feel and smell.

> 24 hourThe carry-on has a good amount of room. I like that there is a side handle as well as a top one. My only reason for not rating it 5 is that I cannot register the luggage for the warranty or to make use of the tracking QR code affixed to the bag. It requires a code that is supposed to be on a document inside the bag. I bought 2 of these, and neither bag had the information insert with the required codes so I dont know if this was repackaged and that held out for some reason or why that would be missing. Makes me wonder a bit about the authenticity, but the bag does seem nice.
