Skylanders Spyros Adventure: Hex

We got this to replace another hex that lost her arms. The arms are a bit narrow at the elbows, and will most likely break after some wear. Our first one was a hand-me-down though, so it did last a while.

Playing video games has always been a fun activity for my husband and son to do together, but I never really got into any of the games. Then we got the Skylanders game/set for Christmas, and it has quickly become a family obsession. This game has been a lot of fun, and something my 7 year old, my husband, AND I have all enjoyed playing together.

My birthday boy loved it! Hed been wanting an undead Skylander for quite a while and was uber excited when he got this one. I dont play the game myself but he sure seems to love it.

I love Skylanders, and Hex was a great addition to my collection. While the Second Series one has the Wow Pow Power, the first series one pose is much more entertaining to me. Definitely an easy buy for a Skylanders collector, such as myself.

A refreshing change in a game. Its family friendly and completely clean for all ages. Had a blast playing it with my step son. It is very entertaining and can be extremely funny. Its a refreshing change to be able to play a game that is fun and has absolutely nothing offensive or anything too mature in it.

Hex wasnt the first skylander I got but she is by far one of the best. If you upgrade the right things Hex is a freakin boss. My wall of bones shield has spikes on it so whenever someone gets close it does 20 damage to them. If you make the skull rain attack fast and upgrade the strength of it youll take everybody out before they even see you. I highly recommend Hex.

Skylanders is a new venture for our grandchildren. They love playing this game with each other and their parents. As grandparents, we look forward to stepping up and learning how, too. As we understand each figure is different and allows for a new player. Want to buy them all!
