20-11-2024I have potty trained many kids before ( I worked in daycares), and I find that the seats that let kids sit on the big toilet work the best. However, I usually have to help them get up there, but this allows them to be more independent and comfortable. It has a back rest and handles for the little ones to hold themselves and feel secure. It was simple to put together and to disassemble. It’s also easy to clean. I can easily sanitize it after accidents. I’m so happy with this. Potty training became a little less difficult!

24-11-2024This toddler potty attachment is similar to other ones out there. It is made of hard molded plastic with no sharp edges. Assembly is with large plastic screws, so no metal to scrape the kiddo with. There is a padded seat that is removable with Velcro so easy to clean. And, the leg height is adjustable. The seat folds down for storage. The only thing I dont like about this toddler potty is the cheap setup manual that comes with it. Its a single, small page and can be hard to figure out. Not enough to ding a star, but a needless skimp.

> 3 dayThe kids like this step-up style potty chair, but I wish it fit our standard size toilet seat just a tad more securely. Once the kids are on and sitting, it’s not much of a problem, but the unit moves a bit while getting up there, and that worries me during times when Im not around. Even so, our two year old likes using this much more than traditional training seats—it’s easier for her to use in general. Even our five year old prefers this to the regular toilet seat. The unit is easy to keep clean, and although it folds for easy storage, be aware it still takes up a lot of bathroom space because of its large size.

> 3 dayOur 2 year old has a hard time turning around. I suppose itll get easier for her with time. She likes climbing up and seem decently comfortable pn the seat.

> 3 dayI found this to be a good training tool to help with potty training. However, the lack of instructions is ridiculous - especially for the price of this thing. PROS: - Lightweight AND foldable. When it’s not in use, I fold it, and place it to the side of the toilet. My child was able to take it out and put it on the toilet himself - and was proud to do so. - It fits perfectly over all three of our toilets in our home (all elevated toilets). - All the necessary pieces (and extras) are included. Theres also a little plastic flat head screwdriver, so you don’t need your own tools to build. - Adjustable double step ladder and footrest to ensure stability and sturdiness. - Included cushioned seat cover that is removable for easy washing/cleaning. And they include velcro that you can attach to the bottom of the seat cover. Without the velcro, the seat covers arent stable and can slip off. - There’s a backrest and anti-slip handles. My son uses the handles for support for climbing up and holds on when he is on the toilet. The backrest ensures my son that he wont fall into the toilet. CONS: - At $36, this potty stool is on the higher end of similar models. - The instructions don’t show step-by-step instructions, so you’re left to figure it out on your own. I kept looking back at the picture reference as I was putting it together. It was frustrating and took longer than it should. - Plastic is on the cheaper, flimsy side, so its possible it could break. Take care when handling. - Due to its size, its a bit bulky and large. So you do need someplace to store it when not in use. Because of this, this potty seat stays in our basement bathroom. Like I mentioned in my headline, itll serve its purpose.
