My husband and I ordered this for my step son for Christmas. He opened it on Christmas Day, went to set it up and it doesn’t work. He hooked it up to multiple monitors, tried several different cords and still nothing. We have since sent it back out to the company it’s from and haven’t heard anything about it it being fixed or replaced. You literally have to jump through hoops with Amazon and the company that produces them just to get it fixed or replaced. So far, I wouldn’t recommend.

Shipping of product was fantastic. Nothing was broken and well packaged. Computer out of the box was very easy to set up and get to using right away. My daughter had a easy time using this pc and every game worked perfectly on it. Computer is super quiet and runs very fast. We did get the upgraded version of this pc, not the 8gb version per headline. Well worth the money for the quality of the pc.

I would not recommend this computer to anyone! As soon as we got it out of the box it had problems. Could not get the internet to connect, ports in back would work then wouldn’t, it would crash every 30 mins!! The computer looked really cool but don’t plan on playing anything on it lol

Hey guys! This is a great prebuilt PC. I can play many games on high settings for this pc, and I love it. However I would say the only downside would be that one of the hdmi ports does not function and the storage is low, but you can fix the storage issue with an external hardrive. If you are looking for a starter pc and dont know much about computers, I would go with this one! :)

Two weeks after started using, a fan is making horrible noise. Tried contacting tech support of manufacturer and they do not respond.

I havent gotten a moment to review how it handles gaming quite yet but so far so good. I did want to shed light on the shipping however. I live in Hawaii and was skeptical about it arriving in one piece. It arrived PERFECT. Nothing out of place. Everything works properly. Set up was so easy.

This computer worked well until last week. It appears the hard has gone kaput. This is very disappointing since we only purchased it for Xmas.

The obvious HDMI connection does not work. I spend 4 days and 5 phone call with Amazon support but could not get support from Skytech. Amazon finally gave me Kytech phone number to call. I call and was on hold for 2+ hours with no luck. I left my phone number, where skytech call back in about 30 hours. It only took few minutes for them to tell me the only working HDMI connection is in Black without label (extremely difficult to see) near the antenna. They could have save me 4 days including 10 hours on the phone by add one line alert buyer with this problem.

The PC works exelent I run a consistent 144 FPS and I play games like valorant and fortnite it is a very good of for its cheap price

I brought this gaming computer for my daughter and she absolutely loves it. It was easy to set up, she set it up herself. In the future we might need to get her more memory space for games but for now it works great! Great keyboard and mouse too.
