I have a cat box in my basement and as soon as you walk down the steps you can smell it, even though I regularly clean it. I did a lot of review searching and took a gamble on this one. It works great!! Definitely would recommend.

I am temporarily staying with my father and stepmom. She is a heavy chain smoker, up to 3 packs per day. I purchased this purifier in hopes it could help clean the air in the bedroom I am sleeping in. I wasnt expecting a miracle because that smoke gets in everything. To my surprise, it does help quite a lot. I am happy. It doesnt eliminate the smoke/smell completely, but keeping the bedroom door closed and the room shut off from the rest of the house, there is a noticeable difference in the air. I am in remission from cancer, as well as have kidney failure and blood clots, soyou can imagine my fear of living here in this smokey environment. This little purifier does help. I wont be here too much longer. I will buy another for my own smoke free home.

This air purifier actually WORKS PHENOMENALLY WELL!!! After trying several other purifiers over the past 3 years, none of which actually worked, I was so thrilled to find that as SOON as I plugged this in and turned it on (after remembering to take the plastic off the filter inside the purifier) -- IT WORKED BETTER THAN ANYTHING ELSE IVE EVER TRIED!!! I have a neighbor whose room is about 10 feet away from my bedroom - both homes are brick - and every time she vapes in her room ALL the disgusting, poisonous, toxic vapor immediately goes directly into MY room (a year and a half of this craziness). So, imagine my TOTAL RELIEF to find that this little room purifier handles ALL of it, especially on high (although it is quite noisy at that level, but its more a pleasant white noise to me). If you are sick of nearby smokers, vapers, and tokers ruining your breathing air -- ORDER THIS RIGHT NOW. I am a disabled U.S. Army veteran with numerous health issues, so having clean, breathable air is literally a LIFE-SAVING necessity

But it is effective for a small room or office space. On the higher speeds its extremely loud though. Just being honest.

This air purifier is small enough to not take too much space on a flat surface. It intakes air from the front and back, no side opening, and pushes the purified air from the top. I like that it is angled so the air is pushed in a 45 degree. That works for me since I have one on a kitchen counter to help filter cooking smoke below the top cabinet. The angle on the top helps push the air away from the top cabinet. Another plus for this air purifier is that it has a place for you to use aromas like essential oils. That will add some nice aroma to whatever room you have this air purifier installed. To get the true power of this air purifier, as per specifications, you need to run it at maximum speed. I only use it at max speed when cooking, then lower it to medium, and finally, I lower it to low noiseless speed. I have another one of this air purifier in a small office, and I run it at medium at first, and then on low. The low speed is not actually noise free as they might claim on the actual product, but a very low humming sound. However, in the one I have on the office, it does not hum, but it grinds. It is like the fan is struggling to keep so low speed. At low speed is more like a placebo effect to push aromatic air to the room if you use any essential oil on the air purifier. The fan is moving so slow that it will barely be able to move enough air in the room to purify it. Because my second air purifier from this Company is making that grinding sound on low speed, I would give it 3 stars overall. If everything was working as specifications, then this is a 5 stars air purifier since it seems to do its job if you use it as intended. I might have to exchange the second air purifier since I cannot use the low speed in the office so much due to the grinding noise. In conclusion, this is a nice air purifier for a small room.

I can tell a difference since I purchased. The original one has been amazing I then bought a second for another room! Great product!
