As other reviews stated, the shoulder strap keeps loosening on its own. I also wish the shoulder strap was a little shorter in length. Because it’s long, the padded part of the strap is not placed optimally on my shoulder. Overall, it’s a good bag.

> 24 hourI got this bag during Prime Day; the charger cord that comes with the bag doesnt work. Not a huge deal, I just replaced with my own charger cord and it does the same thing. However, no matter how many times I adjusted the tightness of the strap, it always finds a way to loosen and I have to keep tighten it back up. Semi Annoying. Otherwise it is a pretty decent bag.
