Smart Design Cedar Canvas Gusseted Garment Bag Hanger

When I went to get my coat out to wear for the arctic blast the other day, I discovered that moths, dry rot, something had totally destroyed the garment bag my coat was stored in. Fortunately, there seemed to be no damage to the coat itself. I ordered this bag. It arrived within a week of ordering. Fits my coat and hanger perfectly! The cedar piece fits nicely in its holder. I put a few more cedar balls in the bottom of the bag and put a cedar disk on the hanger so it fits right up against the opening. Effectively covers the small opening. Exactly what I wanted. I will be buying another one for another coat.

After buying an expensive wool coat, I wanted to protect it from being attacked by moths. I was pleased to find a garment bag that had a cedar block inside.

Very nice quality and large enough to hold several long dresses.

Easily accommodates my bulky winter coat with large faux fur collar, but overall is a bit heavy so I hope it’s not crushing the fur. The opening is not sewn overlapping so I’ve closed it with a binder clip. That will keep dust off the collar. Would be nice to have snaps or something to fold the bottom edge up and attach it when the coat is not full length.

Really makes my closet look nice and neat… I was very satisfied with the quality - others looked so cheap this one is well made and the fabric very sturdy.

I purchased 3 of these dress garment bags. I am very happy with the product as they are quite sturdy and long enough for average length dresses and gilets. The price is also spot on. In Australia you would usually pay around $30 for this kind of product. The cedar insert is a good size (as opposed to some other products that have been reviewed for this manufacturer). However I would not use this garment bag for airline/bus travelling. The product is purpose made for residing in the cupboard or being used to transport a garment by car.
