Would not pair with my Echo even after multiple tries. I gave it 3 stars because Amazon was perfect in accepting return with no questions and no return shipping.

Only works a couple of times before they dont respond. Have to delete and re-add. Worst smart plugs ever.

Purchased this on a whim without an actual plan for where to use it, but finding it very helpful for turning off a light that I always leave on and realize too late (ha!). Easy to configure! Will likely purchase more.

Codes would SCAN and they would NOT connect. Would not go into AP MODE. I wasted over an hour on these. I unplugged it numerous times. I tried each of the sockets (one at a time) and nothing worked. Send back, wasted time.

My photo is dark because the lights dont function due to this garbage smart plug. Let it be known, I have ihome plugs that work perfect, I have google plugs that also works perfect as well as idevices that work perfect. However this horribly made product needs manual intervention every time I try to use it. For me to get up everytime and physically unplug this device ... defeats the purpose of this device. Save your money (buyer beware), time and frustration and pay extra as this deal only works in favor of the seller and not the buyer.

I really liked this smart plug. Its very helpful specially when you need to connect some fragrance defuser kind of item. I use it for multiple items

Is very easy to use, i just have to connect it to the ower and scan and download the app that comes in the user manual and you can simply use. I bought it to use it in plug of my air conditioner and i had doubts about its quality but is made of very good material and supports high energy consumption. now i am happy because i can turn on the air conditionerbefore i gethome and get a much cooler climate

I purchased this product to help regulate my reptile lamps. After 2 days both bulbs were burnt out and not working. They both had been replaced a month prior (therefore it’s not the bulbs that were the issue) however after two days of using this product they didn’t work. It could just be because it was used for reptile lamps but I would NOT recommend this product especially if it’s used on expensive items.

Ive probably reset these things over 100 times and still have continued issues. I havent even plugged in the 4th one yet because I cant get the others to work. All I want is to be able to have it turn lamps on and off with my voice(Yes I have the lamp switched on). Ive installed the skill for Alexa, deleted and rediscovered them over 100 times. Finally got 2 of them to work for a few weeks. Then we lost power and I had to reset them again. It was like starting all over again and Im out of patience. It shouldnt be this complicated. Ive got Alexa devices all over so its not like theyre out of range. After not using them for 2 months I tried one with my Christmas tree yesterday. Alexa found it and connected. Turning it on/off with voice was a no go from the start. Works great with their app, but I bought these to be used with Alexa only. The only good thing about these is being able to just push the button on the side to turn on the power vs having to plug/unplug the tree everyday. Should have returned them before the return window closed.
