I found it better to use an app called “Smart Life” to connect to my house network, before connecting it to Alexa. They performed better with more consistency.

Some times it works slow and sometimes not at all.

These worked great originally, set up was pretty easy after you download the app, and they are super awesome! However, they frequently disconnect and say offline and I have to reset them, which is inconvenient and kind of defeats the purpose of having a smart plug.

The plugs worked perfectly.
