You have a fair chance of getting one that works consistently. I bought more expensive ones the first time around and havent had issues with them. I bought for of these. They sporadically lose connection and need to be reset. One of them refuses to work at all and I had to toss it. You get what you pay for.

These plugs are junk! They are almost impossible to get to pair and we you do get them paired it does not stay. They constantly go offline and will not sync with Alexa unless they are basically on top of each other. Dont waste your money!

I really like this product it was easy to set up and use - I do find it tedious that there is no simple helpful customer service through Amazon. One of the plugs failed within two weeks. Im sure the seller would want to remedy that quickly- yet even though Ive liked the product I have to have a low review even to contact the seller.

Difficult to set up and pair.

You have to download a separate app for these to work, then sync it with the Alexa app. They work fine, its just an extra step.

These work great and I can control everything from my phone whether I’m home or not.
