> 24 hourThis was very easy to set up with Alexa. You can give each receptacle a different name so its like having two devices in one. Been using it for about two months now and have not had any issues. I havent had any hard rains yet, so I cannot attest to its water resistance. The only down side is that it is a little bit bulky, but not so big as being a deal breaker. I would buy another if I need one.

> 24 hourI Just got the package and read all good Quick Guide manual and took me about 10 to 15 mins to setup, configure with 2.4Ghz WIFI (NOT 5GHZ wifi!!) with DHCP. I setup 2 outlet for my Big Bug Zapper and Backyard Xmas tree Light (all year around) which I have real Christmas tree outside!!.. Bug Zapper is Manually on/off.. The Xmas Tree is automatically on and off by timer! It really worth it.. Note!! Make sure you have good signal WIFI on 2.4ghz WIFI.. $30 is well worth it. It works Alexa or Google Home 100%

> 24 hourI got this for the sole purpose of being able to monitor the energy use from my new plugin hybrid (a Chevy Volt) since I split the electric bill and didnt want to see a spike without being able to know what my share was. So I found this and currently plug in my 110 level 1 charger. since the charger and the outlet max out at 15 amps it was a prefect match. the app has worked well, it gives a some what slow real time usage meter and a history of how many kwh are used daily over a span of a week, month or year with a bonus of a cost estimator after you enter in how much a kwh costs. Update: still works good, only adding a small complaint. The app monitors the power for the whole unit and doesnt provide data on which outlet used what amount of power

> 24 hourI was pleasantly surprised that this worked with my wifi outside, as I didnt think the signal strength was very strong in the yard. Havent used it a lot, but it has worked flawlessly since I purchased it. Only issue is there is only one flap to cover the plugs. I am only using one of the outlets for now and would like to seal the other. The cover flap wont seal the other plug when a cord is plugged into one outlet. Its soft rubber, so I could cut the flap to work, so no big deal. Etekcity may consider product improvement by having independent plug covers.

> 24 hourI purchased this timer/switch/receptacle to power a small sand pump/filter on my pool and also to control some LED lighting, and I couldnt be happier with it. The fact that the two receptacles work separately is great, and its exactly what I wanted. Programming the timer function for each outlet was a breeze with the VeSync app (which is free by the way), and I can also switch each outlet on/off from my phone and Alexa voice control. It also tracks power consumption through the unit which I find interesting if not helpful to determine how much its costing me to run my pool filter for a couple of hours, twice per day. The unit itself is advertised as weatherproof, but there are no covers protecting the plugs that are plugged into it. So far this hasnt been a problem, but I have it located in a way that the plugs come into it from the bottom so rain should just run off without collecting in the receptacles. So far, so good. If youre looking for a twin timer/switch/receptacle with independent outlet controls, this is a great item. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another one. (You can also name the individual outlets any name you want, so if you had 3 of these you could easily name, identify, and control up to 6 different loads.)

> 24 hourUpdate: the issue causing these to turn off was a wiring issue in my new house (reversed polarity). Now the wiring issue in my house is fixed, the timers are working fine! Phew! I do love that I can control these outlets from my phone remotely! Setup is tedious, so only 4 stars. Previous review: At first, these were great to control my reptiles Heat and lights, I bought 5 of these! After 6 months of use, some of them repeatedly turn off. Everyday, I have to check them (the orange power light is often off) and turn them back on to get them to follow the schedule I set in the app. This defeats the purpose of having them. I will look for a replacement. Unhappy.
