> 24 hourHave been adding more and more smart plugs to my smart-home setup. These are by FAR the worst ones I’ve used. In fact every other brand I currently have in use work 100% reliably every time. These 4 drop off, they don’t respond, they need to be constantly reset. Only these 4, this brand. Would NEVER buy or recommend.

> 24 hourThese wifi plugs are nice and efficient, and manage the lights I have plugged into them... However, the Cloud Intelligence app that these use is terrible. Half the features do not work. At this point, I only have the ability to turn on my lights, and set a schedule. I am not able to create and set scenes, or invite my kids to a group to allow then the turn on the lights, as well. Ive tried everything to get past this with no success.

> 24 hourThis is my third set of smart plugs. I’ve never had issues with the other ones, but this one said skip every time or reporting big when trying to connect to my wifi. Was hoping to contact the company by sending feedback, but I can’t get a hold of them so I’ll be sending them back. I hope this is some scam. I definitely don’t recommend getting them! Super bummer!

> 24 hourEverything is in Chinese and I set the timer for my bird’s light (which is very important) and the scheduled off time came and went. When I checked to see if it worked, half an hour after the scheduled off time, it was still on. Very frustrating. I also cannot get it to connect to Alexa to see if her timer will function properly.
