Pay a few extra dollars for the Amazon plug that connects to Alexa directly and not via another app. At the very least make sure the one you choose is on the list in the Alexa app. Alexa app found this plug after many expletives but the plug would never connect to my wifi. For me the whole idea was for it to work through my Alexa Dot.

This is a literal scam product meant to farm you for info. Cannot use without giving access to location, and tracking on your phone.

Three out of four devices can’t be programmed in the horrible app. It’s a perfect example of you get what you pay for!!

Can’t get them to work. Tried setting up with required app but it wants me to scan a bar code I don’t have.

It was easy to set up and use.

Have been adding more and more smart plugs to my smart-home setup. These are by FAR the worst ones I’ve used. In fact every other brand I currently have in use work 100% reliably every time. These 4 drop off, they don’t respond, they need to be constantly reset. Only these 4, this brand. Would NEVER buy or recommend.

This is my third set of smart plugs. I’ve never had issues with the other ones, but this one said skip every time or reporting big when trying to connect to my wifi. Was hoping to contact the company by sending feedback, but I can’t get a hold of them so I’ll be sending them back. I hope this is some scam. I definitely don’t recommend getting them! Super bummer!
