I am trying to get into making a smart house and I want to use Home Assistant to accomplish that. I have a zigbee compiant Sonoff USB 3.0 Dongle and the plug was instantly recognized as soon as I hit the button on the plug. I wish all my purchases were that easy to integrate. I will probably buy more of these when I am more confident in the automation. I would recommend these to a friend. Myst

Easy setup and syncing. Works with SmartThings

Hint: i used the Dome brand outlet on the way through the ST pairing pages. Click the power button on outlet 3 times after plugging it in. Bingo. Within seconds ST was asking me if i wanted to rename the newly recognized device.

These are great for integration into a smart home system. Very easy to set up.

These were SUPER easy to add to my SmartThings hub. I liked that I could still fit a plug into the other outlet. It was also nice that it had some thickness to it, so the bug plug I had wouldnt interfere with the plug in the lower outlet. Im using these on a couple of the lamps in my office, and then I have an automation to turn on these plugs/lamps whenever my motion sensor senses motion. Then turns them off 15 min after theres no motion detected. Ive very pleased with these plugs or the price.

Syncs with SmartThings and Hue so fast you may accidentally reset them before you realize they were already done - yep, I admit it, I did it. Worth every penny, these are great!

Dead in 14mos. Little risked, very little gained.

I ordered two of these and both failed to complete the configuration step with my Vera controller. There is some incompatibility. I exchanged these DOGAIN versions for the ones from CMARS and those do work with Vera. Cosmetically they look exactly the same from both manufacturers, but heads up on the incompatibility issue if you are a Vera user.

Paired to SmartThings easily and works as well as more expensive name brand models.
