> 24 hourThis projector is one of a kind. it’s so advanced and easy to use and I love how aesthetically pleasing it looks. this projector has everything you want and more. i especially love the auto focus feature since i move my projector around a lot and it’s so helpful to be able to perfectly focus the screen automatically. It also comes with its own built in tv box which is great because there’s no need for a third party tv box and having to deal with multiple remotes. I’ve had this projector for a week and have been using it daily since it makes watching shows and movies so much better.

> 24 hourAs good if not better then a LG but half the price. Was able to hook it up in the rhoumbus room and my family memebers love it. Been watching playoff basketball and hockey with no issues, I was able to hook everything up relatively simply. Great replacement to my previous projector

> 24 hourGave the projector a shot the moment I received it. Such an amazing product! Initially I was a bit hesitant due to its price. But once I tried it, I just fell in love with it. Especially the AutoFocus function, whoever invented it is such a genius :) Now I can just set it up and be ready to watch a movie in literally two seconds. Definitely worth every penny!

> 24 hourWith spring on its way and the evening temperatures becoming warmer I have been in the market for a good outdoor projector to enjoy movies/tv shows and vlogging videos on youtube. After researching other brands and comparing the value towards what kind of technology they have I came to a conclusion that the Artlli play 4 projector was the best investment for the future with enjoying entertainment at home rather than it costing me a fortune going to the movie theater. What really impressed me about this projector is the fact that it has an auto focus that works flawlessly every time you power it up. This comes in handy especially when setting up outside so that there will be minimal effort to set it up so you can enjoy the evening under the stars with up to a 224 inch picture (diagonal). The LED backlight is one of the brightest I’ve seen thanks to its 400 ansi lumans. It’s in fact so bright you can easily set it up at just the brink of dusk and still be able to see details of whatever your watching (NR 1920 X 1080). I found this to be great with the final 4 NCAA basketball games recently going on. If you want to watch something of your choosing there is a very wide range of ways to watch different things that you are in the mood for with Android TV 10.0 where you can go into apps such as Youtube, Netflix, Disney +, hulu and even streaming services that you can add with downloading their apps in google play. The built in speakers (2x5w) are surprisingly loud and make you forget about the sound of the fan, which is not very loud at all, but if you want a full theatrical effect you can use the audio output or pair any Bluetooth speaker system that you want. You definitely wont be disappointed with the Artlii play 4 for your entertainment needs.

> 24 hourI have owned a few projectors and the previous one I owned had some issues with usability, particularly around navigation when I was using Netflix (rewinding, forwarding, selecting from a list was difficult). This projector is super easy to set up (especially if you are a Google account holder) and connect to streaming services, easy to navigate using the remote, and of course the quality of the video is sharp (check out the photo! Pretty impressive) + audio is definitely more than good enough for $500 projector. What I love the most is auto-calibration of the focus that it does every time I turn it on. With my old projector, I had to calibrate the previous one manually every time I accidentally hit the shelf that the projector was on, cleaned the shelf, etc because it gets miscalibrated easily. This auto calibration is genius and absolutely love it! I have been using it for over a week every night, and so far, I havent had any issues or identified major cons with this projector. My favorite affordable projector by far!!

> 24 hourI hate looking for projectors because theres so much false claims. And the market is littered with cheap brands that its hard to narrow down to a single device. I purchased this unit after receiving a faulty unit of another brand. What im looking for in a projector is brightness, bluetooth, USB, HDMI, and AV out. After setting up this unit and powering on, the first thing that it does is attempt an autofocus. I knew it had that feature, but wasnt expecting it right at startup. I didnt even have the screen where I needed it. Once the screen was set, the autofocus worked well. It has a manual focus and keystone as well, and you can disable the auto features if you like. I disabled them on mine because it perform autofocus each time the device boots up, which is not needed. This unit has the Android TV device that can be installed. I dont know if you can operate the projector without this device in, but I imagine you can. I use a Chromecast to stream content to, so I dont really need this device. However I can see how it could be convenient, although Im not comfortable with putting my logon information into this unit. What I noticed, and was a big turnoff for me is if you do not complete the setup (language, WiFi, logon to google account, etc), when you power off the projector and power it back on, it takes you right back to the setup screen from the beginning. This is quite annoying, when all I want is just a projector. As stated above, I only want the projector. Since I use a Chromecast I dont need the Android TV part. Since its there, and I know I bought a unit with that feature, it dont bother me being there. But when I go into the projectors settings and set the startup source as HDMI1, but the projector starts up to the Android TV, thats kind of annoying. Within Android TV, you can change the settings to disable HDMI-CEC, which is what allows a device to be controlled through a requesting source. I thought that setting being on is what was allowing the Android TV device to take over control. However after disabling that feature it would still boot to the Android TV. To me this is also annoying, since I already set the projectors setting to boot to HDMI1. However, other folks may be okay with this. (again, I just want a projector). I wanted the projector to go straight to the HDMI1 at boot because as I started earlier, I use my own Chromecast. And I didnt want to have to go through a menu to get to the HDMI source. However I found that even when the projector boots to the Android TV, I only need to use my phone (Netflix, HBO, HULU, etc) and cast to the Chromecast and the source automatically switches to that HDMI port, which is handy. Other than the minor annoyances above, the only really negative thing about this unit is it doesnt have an AV out port (unless its hidden somewhere). It has an audio out port only. This is fine for a 2 speaker system, but I have a 5.1 surround, and only two of the speakers will play. An AV port sends the appropriate signal to allow all speakers to play, but this unit does not have that port. However, I will keep trying to get the speakers to work. If I can find a way, I will update my review. I gave the product 3 star because of the personal annoyances. The device seems to function as advertised, but I believe a little more engineering can go into personalization options. If you are the type of person that wants to setup their projector as a smart device that has access to all of your movie accounts, etc., and you dont care about having an AV port, this may be the device for you. The Google Assistant works well. And the Android TV seems to be loaded with apps and tools. The screen is clear and bright, and the paired remote makes navigating the system easy. I also want to mention the Bluetooth automatically reconnects once a paired headset is powered on. With my last projector I would have to go into the menu and connect the headset each time I wanted the Bluetooth to connect. With this unit, once you pair a Bluetooth device, when you power that device on it automatically connects. Though this is a long review, and is written in a brain dump format, I hope it helps someone out there.

> 24 hourThe picture sharpness and brightness are excellent, and the internal speaker is pretty loud in case you dont attach external ones. It provides a very bright picture in a dark room or outside at night and is bright enough to be usable during the day with just sheer curtains and no direct sunlight. The projector is excellent for watching movies using a Chromecast with Google TV. Both HDMI ports work well and I can quickly switch between my Fire Stick and Switch. This projector is capable of projecting from different Android and IOS devices on a full scale. Makes it so convenient. This unit offers Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connection, and hence we will be capable of connecting to other Bluetooth speakers and headphones. The interface is very straightforward and easy to navigate. Come with a remote control, it is very easy to use.
