> 24 hourThe outlet was easy to get hooked up to the network (2.4 only) and integrated very easy into the alexa routines I wanted to set. The quality of the outlet where you actually plug something in is about a 2 out of 10, it is very loose and sloppy. There is very little tension or grip to hold the plug into the outlet. A three prong plug does slightly better than a two prong.

> 24 hourIn the smart life app is a setting called relay. - if you want the plug to always be off when power is lost and comes back on, select off - this is the default setting - if you want the plug to always be on when power is lost and comes back on, select on - if you want the the plug to be the same as it was when power was lost and comes back on (e.g. it was on and you want it to be on again or vice versa it was off and you want it to be off again), select remember last status.

> 24 hourI really like this outlet, since I can control each one separately. I leave one always on and the other programmed for automation.

> 24 hourI installed 2 of these last week and they didnt work. They lit up for wifi, were recognized by the app, added to alexa. But... anything plugged into them wouldnt turn on. Even with the manual button on the face. I saw a similar recent review that seemed to have the same issue. I asked for replacements which I received today. I was optimistic because the first one I installed turned on when I pushed the manual button. However, that was before I connected to wifi, and added to the app. Once I did that, I was prompted to update the firmware. Just like I was when I installed the previous two. After I I stalled the update... this quit working too. And... I couldnt find a ay to roll it back. If you dont take the uldate... youre prompted to install it every time you open the app. Returning these for refund. They need to figure out their firmware.

> 24 hourIve been doing smart plugs for ages, and after ending up with half a dozen apps to control them all, I started dumping them and replacing with ones that use the Smart Life app. One app to control them all. You could say its my Precious... The power plugs work well but can be awkward and bulky. I like that I get the same functionality here with NOTHING showing on the outside. So this works great in a few spots I had plugs behind furniture of some sort, since it means that the furniture can get closer again to the wall since I dont need the extra room from plug as WELL as the cord. I had no issues installing it and none at all with getting it seen by the Smart Life app. And thus, Alexa integration. Streamlined and works, cant ask for more.

> 24 hourA very easy to install smart outlet as long as you make sure the electrical box is large enough for it. Otherwise, it will not be an easy installation. Installation took us mere minutes and connecting to the app took just as fast. Once connected, we were able to remotely control our lights and set a schedule to automatically turn off at night.

> 24 hourThis WiFi outlet installed easily. As of right now, my only gripe is the limited description (10 letters). Why all other brands allow more and this one limits you is a mystery. So far,it has been keeping schedule. Update: 06/19/23 Outlet died. Luckly during the 3 month return period. Had to redo my setup. Not happy.
