I made a barn door using tongue and groove boards, and then installed this railing kit which worked out perfectly. The metal is thick, the rollers glide like butter, and the inside handle of the barn door is what I think sets this apart from most barn door kits. There is a flat handle that goes on the inside - so cool. This worked out great for my video tutorial and will buy again.

Husband with Parkinsons disease was having a terrible time getting thru the bathroom door with his old walker. Son installed it with ease, and what a blessing it has been.

This is a great rail. I guess the only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was because of the wood plank I had to use to hang the rail. Because I had to use a piece of wood at the top, the door doesn’t sit flush. The last picture explains why it’s a 4 star instead of a 5 star. Everything else is great!

This kit is super nice and heavy duty. Plus its attractive. I would and may buy another one.

We had a barn door already installed on our master bath - the header was set up for the master closet, but it was doorless. My wife strongly encouraged me to fix that... Has everything youll need for the install, except for the drill and bits. Appreciate that it gives you two floor guiderail options - either the upside down T that runs through a groove in the middle of bottom of the door or a roller that doesnt require owning a router (I fall into that routerless camp). No concerns about the quality of the rail - all components seem solid. Was able to purchase a handle for the bathroom door that matched the handle from this set.
