El producto me lo enviaron 2 veces y las 2 veces llegó defectuoso, que horrible experiencia de compra. Ahora tengo que perder tiempo en todo el proceso de devolución si pudiera dar 0 estrellas lo haría.

I bought device primarily you use with m y phone. I was surprised to learn it does not work with the phone as a voice or call device. Meaning this does not amplify calls! I could not get it to amplify calls although they say it will. I tried several attempts to no avail. It works as a speaker with audio apps, just not for the voice where I need it!

The case itself was in perfect condition and the zippers were sturdy and it appeared that the case construction was of high quality; commendable. However, the included silicone protective sleeve that is designed to fit very snugly around the actual SL Mini2 Speaker was defective in that it was glued wrong and there was a defect in the seam so that it did not fit snug and looked terrible as well with that defect. I have a friend who bought another brand and both the case and the silicone sleeve were absolutely perfect. Thats why the 2 rating; I dont like returning things at all and the hassle of it all. I talked to Amazon CSR and maybe it was just a lemon; they sent me another one. I will let you know
