This is our second scratch house from Smile Paws. It was a breeze to put together and Im glad they give you two sets of the beverages. My wife and I opted not to put up the rope. It might be cat safe, but we have two bunnies. Our buns love to tear up these houses or just chill inside. Its nice for them to have a hideaway. The quality is excellent. The assembly was quick and easy. I love the adorable designs! I only wish they had a bunny option.

The cardboard was thick and attached with plastic snaps, there were duplicates of the decorative pieces, overall great quality!

Bought this to replace an old target Halloween house. This thing is amazing. There so much attention to detail with this one. And it’s at more sturdy. I thought the image of the cat sitting on top was marketing but two of our three have perched on top and it still looks perfect and is sturdy. We’ve been having endless joy at watching the cats snooze and explore. The two smaller cats can fit inside at the same time. Our big boy fills it up. The skittish cat feels safe, hidden but has multiple escape routes. We obnoxiously ask our cats “what’s on the menu?” And “do you have salmon?” And other stupid things all day. If it ever dies, I’ll buy another.

The cardboard is thicker than usual and folds where it should. Every cut out fits perfectly. This is a really high quality product! I followed their Youtube video for putting it together as I didnt think the instructions were too clear. Bottom part doesnt have 3M tape but the bottom can get held down with the scratching board. Even if my cat hasnt really used it yet it is aesthetically pleasing in any room. The thick rope and Kanji looks great!

Wow!!! It’s absolutely adorable. it’s bigger than we thought, I was worried about our big boy not fitting well inside but it’s perfect! We love our little izakaya chef. 10/10 would recommend. Only downside is that there’s no prime shipping available (as of writing this review). It did take a while to get to us but once we got it we were completely sold!

It probably took me about 15 minutes to assemble. The instructions were only pictures. The materials are very sturdy, and I think this will last a good year or more. I have always seen the ad for this, but I was very hesitant because it’s just a box. This is more than just a box because it adds character to her little play area.

So I have Maine coons and I got this for them because the dimensions seemed good and it looks cool. But literally an hour or so after I put it together and set it in my room, my smallest cat had destroyed it (she weighs 12lbs) because it turns out the roof has almost no actual weight support. Since its made of cardboard it completely bent outwards, fell apart and broke. I put it back together a few times but at this point Ive had it for 5 days and it is almost completely destroyed. I know its not really meant to have cats on the roof of the building but if you have cats then you know you dont get to really decide where they go. Its very cute and I was really excited to get it, but if you have cats that like to climb and are over 10lbs, then Id recommend getting something else.

Its very well made. Easy to put together by yourself. My cat absolutely loves it.

Yes, it would be nice if it was a little cheaper but honestly, they got me. I love this cathouse and so does my kitty! Its sturdy, has quality images, easy to assemble, and came with extra pieces that attach to the counter. Even if she breaks it within a few months, Id still buy her another one ♡
