I’ve used these tooth brushes for years. For me, the bristles gently lift food particles away from between my crowns where the crown meets the gum tissue… I don’t go to bed until I floss gently once daily to remove as much plaque (from food/bacteria/excretion issues… now you know why the term “bad breath”) as possible & have my teeth cleaned by a good dental hygienist 3 to 4 times a year. I also gently brush my tongue down the middle toward the throat (may gag a little.) This all helps keep my teeth & gum tissue in better condition & dental cleanings check for problems. I’m almost 82 & have all my own teeth. $$$…sure, but regular, daily flossing helps keep my gums healthy & any cavities can be filled or crowned by Your dentist. (I’m not a dentist & suggest you seek the advice of a dentist.) All of the above has helped me save bone & gum tissue which surrounds the teeth. I also like Biotene Mouth Rinse or a generic of it. this really gets between my teeth and cleans there. very nice product

Its a softer and more pleasant experience than flossing.. and, while I still use dental floss, this really does get out material between your teeth as you brush..and I enjoy doing it! . Wish I could get my dentist to hand them out!
