Soft-Sided Suitcase with Wheels – Small Luggage for Travel Essentials, Navy, 24 Inch

TH Scout 5.0 has been redesigned. But the product page is still showing images of the old design. Looking at images of other reviewers showed that the redesign occurred some time ago. And that were not the first ones that were disappointed in what we received.

My first one broke its hind wheel on my very first trip. Got a brand new replacement, but the second one didnt even make it out of my apartment building before the same exact wheel broke again. Its as if the manufacturer didnt even test this bag before they put it out for sale. Such unbelievably poor quality control!

The luggage delivered is NOT the same luggage shown on the website. There is NO handle for lifting on the bottom of the luggage as shown and the entire color scheme is different.

We had ordered two Tommy Hilfiger soft sided suitcases but ended up receiving one soft sided suitcase and 1 hard body luggage. We dont have the time to return as the travel is nearing, hence giving 1 star for a misguided sale.

It was a great suitcase but was wine red & not bright red. I sent it bk. Did not match my other Hilfiger luggage

I ordered the bright blue suitcase with Tommy written in red as displayed!! See image of item received … I requested a replacement an they still sent the wrong item! Poor on the marketing front! Please update image

It’s not the same luggage as display on the pic. That one they sent people is ugly and old fashioned looking
