The makers outdid themselves. I LOVE THIS SUITCASE, and it is the perfect size.

My first one broke its hind wheel on my very first trip. Got a brand new replacement, but the second one didnt even make it out of my apartment building before the same exact wheel broke again. Its as if the manufacturer didnt even test this bag before they put it out for sale. Such unbelievably poor quality control!

It was a great suitcase but was wine red & not bright red. I sent it bk. Did not match my other Hilfiger luggage

Best suitcase purchase by far. Very sturdy and lasts. Price is good and it’s a looking bag. Easy ti find on the conveyor belt on airports

TH Scout 5.0 has been redesigned. But the product page is still showing images of the old design. Looking at images of other reviewers showed that the redesign occurred some time ago. And that were not the first ones that were disappointed in what we received.

We had ordered two Tommy Hilfiger soft sided suitcases but ended up receiving one soft sided suitcase and 1 hard body luggage. We dont have the time to return as the travel is nearing, hence giving 1 star for a misguided sale.

The box came as described on amazon. The colours are bright, as shown in the picture.
