22-04-2025I used this wire to power emergency lights directly from dash switches instead of the cigarette lighter port.

> 3 dayThe wire arrived in a plain bag without markings, though it seems to match expectations. Its clearly pure copper strands as the cross section shows no hint of aluminum. Its semi-flexible, with two layers of insulation (my roll has a black outer insulation, though red is also available). While I do not intend to use it as a single 50 piece, the section I cut passes an acceptable amount of current without showing signs that its overheating. Its long-term durability remains to be seen though I see no signs that it will fail.

> 3 dayEveryone who follows my posts, know that Im a prepper. I have done so many solar projects its ridiculous. This particular project was adding more panels to my solar array. I have used premade cables in the past but prefer bulk cabling. That way I can make my cables the exact length that I need so I do not end up with a sloppy looking system. These cables have worked flawlessly since I started with them. Theyve been attached for about 6 months and have seen sub degree temperatures, snow, rain, and even birds. So far they seem to be very durable and a very good value. Highly recommended!!

Greater than one weekTLDR; yes Id buy this again when I need more I acquired this wire to upgrade some under-gauged run in low-voltage boat wiring. So far, I have used ~12 feet in various duplex run lengths. It is easy to split leads where needed. The price per foot is a little less than I found locally and is an overall good price on Amazon. The specs on the wire match the description, and additional details from the manufacturer can be found online. This is the same manufacture as server single-run wire products sold on Amazon. Tinning on the conductors appears to be consistent and reasonably well coated. Insulations seem decent and are not abraded any more than other wire as I am pilling through fiberglass panels and wall grommets. The wire is somewhat stiff, but it pulled easily (no lube used) and did not kink.

> 3 dayUgh I don’t like it either how fast the cost of stranded wire keeps climbing. This arrived coiled up in a clear plastic bag. It’s quite heavy considering the small amount I ordered (30ft). It’s only 10 AWG so I didn’t have to use my hydraulic crimping. You definitely want cable like this for high-amp projects.

> 3 dayI needed some wire to complete an array on my shed. This worked perfectly for my needs! The wire is well insulated, copper center (tinned so it does not look copper, but the wire is confirmed copper), and looks like it will do well when exposed to rain and sun. I tested for voltage drop when I received the cable and no problems found. Good price for high quality wire. Highly recommend!

> 3 dayWe have a south-facing roof, so Im beginning to acquire the items I need to set up my own DIY solar setup. Im starting with running a cable into the house through a gland that I can hook my camping-style foldable 60w and 100w solar panels through to my solar power station inside the house, but the plan is to learn as I go and eventually put some 100w fixed panels on the roof. This wire is plenty long to allow me to position those panels wherever works best and still allow me to run the wire through the gland Im installing. It helps makes things less bewildering and allows for any positioning mistakes I might make.
