The roller brush in this purchase is 1/16 of an inch too long. creating a tight fit...which then creates drag on the motor driving it. Eufy motors arent the best and this tight brush fitting has caused mine to start stripping its nylon gears. Tool late to return but shop a different outfit is my recommendation. This is NOT an exact copy.

I replaced the brushes etc. on my personal Eufy robovac and it worked great. I’m currently house sitting for a friend with long hair. Her vacuum would occasionally stop for no reason. I checked her Eufy and found it full of hair which was wrapped around all the brushes. I immediately ordered another kit. I cleaned the vacuum and replaced all the parts. It looked like new again and it quickly went back to work! This kit is so worth the money to help keep your vacuum running smooth! And for the record, Eufy is a great product as well!

Arrived fast and great value

These parts are way cheaper than the brand and you can’t tell the difference we have had both. I think the brand buys these marks them up and re packages them.

Found hidden dust

Replacement brushes are great but the filter will not fit a Eufy 11S
