These Sony DJ Headphones sound quite good, solid construction, good quality. I would warn though, these can get a little uncomfortable after an extended listening period.

These headphones are great. I got 7 years of hard use out of my first pair. I use them for DJ purposes, so theyve had a hard life. If youre using these for entertainment purposes at all, the ATH-M40x are significantly better in terms of sound and cheaper to boot. As for monitoring, youll be able to hear more detailed sound with the ATH-M40x. In addition the ATH-M40x have detachable cables. Trust me, Ive demoed both sets extensively and tried pretty hard to like the 7506s, the Audio Technicas are still the best sounding, most reliable headphones Ive owned.

Yes....Bocelli used these.....I noticed on his music video. They sound awesome and natural without colored bass or scratchy highs...Just great headphones. Comfortable to wear too.
