> 3 dayI purchased this SD card after spending a considerable period of time researching the safest one to buy, because I really did not want to loose any of my data. And what do you know, two months later and the SD card randomly corrupts, meaning I lost all of my footage. The free SD card recovery programme offered by Sony did nothing to help recover it. Amazon did nothing. Sony also did nothing to help. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. I was using the SD card with a GH5.

> 3 daySo I recently purchased two 64GB cards. According to Sonys recall notice, if your card does not have an * in the back, then it is affected. Of the two cards I purchased, one has the * and the other does not. Like the comments of another user on this page, Sony may be overwhelmed by calls and due to the COVID-19 situation, replacement will be staggered. In my case, it will cost me to ship the card out of my country and I will have to pay customs duty when the replacement gets here which ultimately is costing me more for shipment than the actual cost of the card. TBH, I have done some 4k tests shots on the affected card and it works fine so I am not sure if this is a potential risk or an inevitable risk. Only time will tell.
