> 3 dayMassive safety concern. These magnets are near the surface and my 4 year old scratched them out. We werent sure if he swallowed any so we went to the er. They were later accounted for but this could be a terrifying incident if a child does swallow these. They are extremely high powered magnets as the nurses stated. DO NOT BUY. They should be recalled

> 3 dayWe had picked up a different set of these and wanted a few more to enhance playtime. This set offered 8 balls and a bag which were improvements over my other set. This set also felt much more like water balloons. The ‘shell’ materials was thinner and less textured, giving it a more ‘balloon-like’ feel. So far no durability issues, we’ll see how they hold up to some more intense fights with slightly older kids. This set were also a slight bit more difficult to close properly under water. On occasion the top half of the balloon would land lopsided on the bottom leaving gaps where water would spill out if unsubmerged. It was not a hard problem to fix and my 4yo was able to manage without issue. I really like these over actual water balloons. They are easy to use and quick to clean up after. The included bag was big enough to hold a total of 14 balloons for easy transport. Though these are pricey, I’d still recommend for kids who like water balloons.

> 3 dayWe FINALLY got a warm spring day to FINALLY break these out and put them to use. Game changer! I put these along with a 12 pack from a different brand, and they were indistinguishable from each other; that said, I dont think (at least from eyeballing) that any of these are noticeably different than another brands (I could be mistaken, but even the silicone felt identically thick to the touch, the magnetic closure was just as strong on both, both brands popped open with the same degree of force, etc.). So my suggestion is to buy a big pack of these (the more the merrier with 2 young kids, plus mom & me who are constantly grabbing, filling, and launching) and have fun getting wet. The Dad in me loves water balloon fights, but hates the clean-up afterwards. These solve the latter pain point that has always made these events a love-hate (mostly love though) relationship. Its only been Battle #1 today, but we throw these at each other on the soft grass yard -- none, so far, are springing leaks or have otherwise failed. Im expecting, and hope, these will be perform as good as this first Battle, as the temps keep rising in the months to come, and therefore when water balloon fights are a weekly event at our house.

Greater than one weekWhen you say this and let it process in your head, youll start to feel a bit crazy. Re-usable water balloons. Without seeing the design on these, you would assume the name refers to something impossible. But let me tell you, as someone in their 30s, these are a blast to play with. Whats the worst part of a water balloon fight? The prep work, and how quickly all that prep runs out. Grab yourself a 5 gal bucket, fill it with water, and have at it. It is that simple. The balloon splits open to fill with water, and closes back up with the magnetic edges. Literal fun for hours. They are a bit on the expensive side, but just look at it long term. The time and frustration saved on prep-work, more so if you have young kids. (They can refill these themselves with a bucket) And how many standard balloons you could possibly go through in the summer.

> 3 dayThese are genius! I’m so happy that they are kid user friendly and I no longer have to fill endless amounts of balloons and tie them . So much fun!

20-11-2024So I got these reusable water bombs because I already got some like them and thought they were great. I wanted to stock up for summer so we have plenty to use on those hot days coming up. I love these things because they get rid of the wastefulness and environmentally unfriendly nature of traditional latex water balloons. These get rid of the little bits of latex you’re forced to clean up after and thrown into the landfill after every water balloon fight. This set of water bombs comes with five bombs and a carrying mesh bag to hold them. The design involves two silicone hemispheres of a ball. On the edge of each hemisphere is a gasket with magnets embedded inside it with a hinge that links the two hemispheres together. The gasket has a raised ridge along the interior diameter that provides the seal when the ball is closed. When the two hemispheres are closed, the magnets grab each other and the ridge creates a watertight seal. To fill, you open the hemispheres, dip into a bucket of water then close them up again, ready to throw. Like the previous batch I got, I tried them out by throwing them into the shower (too cold out still to try outside). Since the ball is held together by magnets, when it is thrown, the impact breaks the seal between the magnets and the water comes out. They work almost as well as real water balloons I really love the cleverness of these water bombs. Reusable water balloons that actually work? Recommended!

22-11-2024These are super fun and reusable balloons ready for a good water fight. We have been using the traditional water balloons but they make the yard messy and after every play, there is work to be done to clean up. But not with these. Fill up and use as many times. Good for the environment as well as less plastic waste. Enjoy the summers with good old family fun water fight
